We contacted Ark about a very unexpected late notice removal. They were brilliant – their communication was excellent, they came and provided a quote very quickly, and they were extremely flexible about arrangements in order to do the work for us. Their quote was best that we received. They were very fast, responsive and professional in every way. Unfortunately, our moving date changed beyond our control, to a day Ark was already booked, and we were gutted to not be able to use them for the actual shift in the end. I would highly recommend them. 10/10
