Steve and his team were brilliant. Unfortunately and beyond our control we did not get the keys to the new house until 4.30pm, when the vans were packed and ready to go from the old house at 1am!! Steve did not complain in the least and accepted the circumstances. Despite being a dark and rainy day his Steve and the team were extremely hard working, tidy and patient!
